On my way to the bookshop I stopped by Husk. I kept picking things up by Megan Park so when I got home looked her up online. I had seen her website before but found it a bit too frou frou for my taste but I like the latest collection. She has designed textiles for Dries Van Noten and Kenzo.
I don't have a lot of black and cream in my wardrobe, but this is lovely inspiration for some new colours this winter.

It is very strange but I found this dress (below) in a consignment store a few days ago for a fraction of the price Husk had it at. I tried it on, but damn my boyish figure, the waist was too tiny and the bust was swimming on me (or was I swimming in the bust...I'm not sure). This is why I'm so obsessed with Marni, it is one of the only labels that seems to suit my body perfectly. Anyway, this was a gorgeous dress and I was very disappointed that it didn't fit.
