looking back over the negatives i tried to get this particular image over three different shoots. even though tammy was happy to have her photo taken, i had to work really hard to get her to look relaxed and in a postion she was comfortable in. also being a complete tomboy, her shoes were often clumpy and her hair really messy, which i know in theory could make the portrait interesting, but they just looked distracting. i finally got this image that i thought represented her personality really nicely, and in the end out of all the portraits i did i think it's my favourite one.
