small samples

here are some samples for this project, mainly for ideas. these are the steps i take when working on collection pieces so i thought i'd try and document the whole process. the patterns you can see below are from generic fair isle pattern cards.

Nice. Love those buttons, and the blue looks beautiful with the taupe.

You just don't see nice, handmade knitwear for men around much, do you? This is a great idea.

what kind of knitting-machine do you use?
I can not imagine you knit it al by hand....

belinda - thanks :) i agree, guys don't have as much choice, but now that i'm looking around, there are some beautiful jumpers out there.

patrice and este - for these i used a singer 324, an older, quite basic machine, but still going well.
